Jieyang, Guangdong — China's plastic-slipper cluster

Slippers, soles and uppers. Straight from the workshops.

We are not a factory. We are the interface to the ones here: 5,000+ models on file, three materials, and one contact who knows which workshop does which price level. Finished pairs for your shelf — or the sole and upper separately, if you assemble.

Three ways to buy — pick the one that matches what you already do

The product is the same. Start with the finished pair, or stop earlier and take only the part you do not make yourself.

If you sell off the shelf

Finished pairs

The pair as your customer sees it: bagged, boxed or loose, carton-marked to your instruction. Mixed models in one container, colour and size runs fixed per model — the way a market order actually runs. This is the simplest way in.

Who it suits: wholesalers and market traders who resell as-is, and anyone testing a model before committing to a run.

If you assemble

Complete sets — sole and upper

Moulded and packed separately, then shipped that way. On a normal order the soles fill two or three containers; the uppers come to a quarter or a third of that volume, so the upper container rarely fills and often travels consolidated. For markets where components and finished footwear do not clear at the same rate.

Who it suits: importers with an assembly line, or a workshop that finishes but does not mould.

If you mould your own soles

Uppers and straps only

Cut, printed and assembled uppers, packed with spares. We do not compete with your sole line — we fill the part of the range you would rather not set up for.

Who it suits: plants with their own sole capacity and a gap in upper styles.

02

How an order actually runs

Four steps, no catalog dump in between.

You send a model

A photo is enough — the one that sells best for you. That tells us more than a price list request.

We name the spec

Sole thickness, single or dual colour, painted or plain, upper type, buckle or strap.

Price follows the spec

We quote that specification, not an average. Change the spec and the price changes with it.

Sample, then production

Sample or a visit first if you want it. Dates and terms go on the PI.

03

What we will promise — and what we won't

Most suppliers will tell you yes to everything on this page. That is exactly why it is worth reading.

We will

  • Put the delivery date in writing on the PI, and hold it.
  • Produce the specification we quoted — same sole, same upper, same colours.
  • Answer you in writing, in English, usually within a working day.
  • Tell you when a model is not worth making at your quantity.

We won't

  • Promise BSCI, ISO, Sedex or a third-party inspection report.
  • Ask a workshop to rebuild its process so it can pass one buyer's audit.
  • Quote you a price before we know the specification.
  • Print a brand mark you cannot show us you own.

Where our buyers sit

South Asia, the Middle East, West and East Africa. If your shop is in one of these streets, we already know how you buy.

A few models at a time, colour and size runs fixed, reorders when a model moves. That is the shape of a normal order here — not a container of one style.

05

Come and look

Jieyang is served by Jieyang Chaoshan airport and by high-speed rail from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Market and two workshops fit into one day.

Bring the models you sell. We will walk you through what each one costs to make here, and which workshop does it best at your quantity. If nothing on the shelf fits, that is a useful answer too — we would rather say so in person than after a deposit.

06

Questions that come up first

Do you sell finished pairs, or only components?

Both, and which one you take is your call, not ours. Finished pairs arrive the way your shelf expects them: bagged, boxed or loose, your carton marks, mixed models in one container. The same models also ship as soles and uppers packed separately, for buyers who assemble locally or whose customs code treats components differently. Same workshops, same specification — the only thing that changes is where we stop.

What is the minimum order?

1,800 pairs per model. Models can be mixed inside one container; colour and size runs are fixed per model. Below 1,800 the moulding set-up stops making sense for the workshop — that is where the number comes from, not from a policy.

Do you do private label?

Yes — your label, your carton marks, your polybag. We print only marks you own or can show us you are licensed to use. We will not print a brand we cannot verify, whatever the order size.

Do you do OEM or ODM — new moulds, our own designs?

Yes. The mould cost and the minimum quantity are quoted against your design, never from a table. Two PVC slippers that look alike can need different moulds, different wall thickness and different machine time, and material price moves month to month — so a number quoted before we see the design would be a guess, and a guess you then plan a purchase around. Send a photo, a sample or a drawing and you get a real figure with the reasons attached.

Can you handle certifications or factory audits?

No. BSCI, ISO, Sedex, third-party lab reports — we do not promise any of them, and we will not ask a workshop to rebuild its process to pass one buyer's audit. The workshops here are small and their margins do not carry that. What we do promise is the delivery date and the specification. If your compliance team needs a certified factory, we are the wrong supplier, and it is cheaper for both of us to say so now.

What does a semi-finished order look like on paper?

Soles pack 120 pairs per carton. Uppers pack 120 plus two spares. They are produced and packed separately and ship separately: on a normal order the soles fill two or three containers, while the uppers come to a quarter or a third of that volume and usually do not fill a container of their own — which is why they often travel LCL, consolidated with other cargo. Thicker soles push the ratio from 3:1 towards 4:1. If your customs code treats shoe components differently from finished footwear, this is where the difference shows up.

How do I get a price?

Send the model and the spec you want. Price follows specification: sole thickness, single or dual colour, painted or plain, upper type, buckle or strap. We quote that, not an average across the range. Catalog prices are indicative; the price that counts is the one confirmed on the day of the order.

Payment and lead time?

Agreed per order and written on the PI. We do not publish a standard term, because the honest answer depends on the model and the season.

Start here

Send one photo.

The model that sells best for you. We will tell you which workshop makes it, what it costs at that specification, and what the minimum is.

No catalog dump. No price list to translate. Catalog prices are indicative only — the price is confirmed on the day of the order. If you would rather not hear from us again, reply “no” and we will remove you.
